Return 

We kindly ask you to read these conditions carefully before using the SCTY Group Services. By using the SCTY Group Services, you agree to be bound by these conditions and policies. We offer a wide range of Services SCTY Group and sometimes additional conditions may apply. * Purchases made at a branded product retail store must be returned to the store. Please note that our store return policies may differ from our online return policies. Make sure to check with the store if you have questions about their policies.

** Only one refund applies per transaction. 

1. The period that the client will have to request the return from a product will be 5 calendar days counting from the moment that the parcel confirms the product delivery.

2. The product must be complete, without damage, use or wear, that is, in perfect condition for sale, with original accessories (if applicable) and in its original box.

3. To start the return process, an email must be sent to clients@scty.mx , requesting the return, accompanied by the following information:

  • Full name of the client
  • Cell phone number
  • Number of order/ Order (Receipt), Product Name, Color and size
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason why the product is returned

    4. You must wait for the email confirmation to begin the return process, which will be arriving in approximately 5 business days. A guide is included in the confirmation pre-paid (standard) for the return of the product. The return guide expires 3 days after being generated, if it is not sent within that period, the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted. The steps to perform the authorized return of the product will be the following:

    • Store the product and its accessories in their original box.
    • Wrap the shoe box in some plastic or put it inside another box to protect it on the way back to our facilities and avoid damage to the product and its original box.
    • Print and paste the guide on the package.
    • Take it to your nearest assigned parcel office.

The return code or gift card will be automatically sent to the email registered in the original purchase.Your return includes the full value of any returned product. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless you receive an incorrect product.

      7. In no case will refunds be made to the customer in cash or by bank transfer. The refund is made exclusively as store credit valid for two months from the generation of the coupon. The shipping cost does not apply to returns.

      8. The cost of the first return is paid by SCTY Group relevant JUST ONE once per order (transaction) *. The return includes the guide pre-paid return. In the event that more than one return is needed **, the customer will absorb the shipping costs of returning the product to SCTY GROUP.

      9. In return, the bonus of the amount of the product of the original purchase will be granted as store credit. You can buy a product with a higher value than the return coupon and cover the difference by the payment method you select. The return coupon will be automatically sent to the email registered in the original purchase.

      We reserve the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so you should review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website.. 

      We are not financially responsible for packages lost or sent to the wrong address if the mistake was made by the customer.
